Hello, I'm Carine, owner of Bella Gaïa.
I was born in Vietnam, raised in Paris, and now call Houston home. My journey has fueled my passion for travel, culture, and life's diverse experiences.

In my youth, I aspired to be a full-time flight attendant, but family expectations led me to a stable office job in business and management. Life, however, had different plans, leading me to manage three flourishing flower shops in Paris (Amour et Une Fleur, Florina, and Florïana Design). This allowed me to continue my love for travel by organizing destination weddings.
​
Later, I spent a decade immersed in the Spa Furniture industry in Houston, climbing the career ladder from sales representative to Chief Operating Officer.
​
In 2020, amidst the global impact of COVID-19, the seeds of entrepreneurship took root within me. Fueled by my love for pearls, I ventured into creating an online jewelry line named BGBC (Bella Gaïa by Carine) and an eco-friendly digital marketing NFC tag, AddMe NOW.

Balancing my role as COO with entrepreneurship was challenging, taking over two years to materialize.
​
Inspired by recent travels and collaborations in South Korea, I introduced the captivating concept of Head Spa to Houston after earning certification from the Seoul Academy for Hair Therapy.
Thus, Bella Gaïa was born. Every detail at Bella Gaïa, from spa design to treatments, is meticulously crafted by me, blending the beauty of the earth with air travel experiences. Our sanctuary offers carefully tailored treatments, including Scalp Massages and opulent Facials. The exclusive Pearl Collection adds a touch of luxury.

Nadège, with her mixed French, Italian, and Gabonese heritage, has woven her diverse cultural background into a tapestry of experiences. From her early days as a licensed esthetician working across different countries, she now finds herself rooted in Houston, embracing the roles of a devoted mother to her two lovely daughters and an accomplished entrepreneur behind her brand NZitelli. Despite her bustling life, she effortlessly blends her passions for skincare, digital creativity, and motherhood.
