POLICIES AND REMINDERS

Booking Deposit:

  • A deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment slot.
     

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

24 hours before your appointment:

  • Cancellation: Your deposit will be refunded, minus the credit card fee.

  • Rescheduling: Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment up to 2 times.
     

Less than 24 hours before your appointment:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling: The deposit is non-refundable.
     

Timing:

  • Please text 713.909.9803 if you are running late.

  • There's a 5-minute grace period for appointments. Punctuality is critical.

  • After 5 minutes, the service time will be deducted from your original appointment duration.

  • After 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled without a refund.

  • If our staff's schedule permits, you may extend the appointment time with either no fee or by paying an additional fee, as agreed with the staff.

  • Please communicate with our staff when booking if you have a tight schedule that requires you to leave the salon on time after the service is done.
     

Upon Arrival:

  • Please message 713.909.9803 to notify us of your arrival.

  • We'll inform you when to proceed to the room and respect ongoing sessions and the room's cleaning.
     

Attire:

  • Comfortable one-size-fits-up-to-3XL robes are provided for your session.

  • If you prefer not to change, wear loose, accessible clothing for neck, shoulder, hand, and feet reflexology.

  • Arriving without makeup is advised, but it's acceptable if you're wearing it.

  • We'll assist with makeup removal during your facial care.
     

Blow Dry Services:

  • Only licensed hair stylists can perform blow dry services.

  • While we don't offer blow dry services, we're happy to provide a 10-minute self-blow drying session.

  • If you need further assistance with drying your hair, feel free to ask at no extra charge.
     

Etiquette:

  • Keep your phone in silent mode for a relaxing experience.

  • We don't offer on-site daycare but suggest contacting neighboring businesses for childcare arrangements.

  • Ensure your children's behavior is considerate of other customers.

  • Pets are not allowed in the spa area for hygiene reasons.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the lobby and inside the suite

  • Outdoor smoking in the parking lot is tolerated for those who wish to smoke.
     

Special Requirements and Health Conditions:

  • Inform us of any concerns, allergies, or special requirements.

  • Notify us of any health conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries that may affect your treatment.
     

Payment:

  • Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit Card payments are accepted.

  • There's no tax for head spa services, only on massage packages.

  • Tips are appreciated but not obligatory.
     

Cancellation by Bella Gaia:

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any service that could affect the well-being of our staff or customers.
