Please review our policies and reminders below: Booking Deposit: A deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment slot. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 24 hours before your appointment: Cancellation: Your deposit will be refunded, minus the credit card fee. Rescheduling: Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment up to 2 times. Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Cancellation or rescheduling: The deposit is non-refundable. Timing: Please text 713.909.9803 if running late. There's a 5-minute grace period for appointments. Punctuality is critical. After 5 minutes, the service time will be deducted from your original appointment duration. After 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled without a refund. If our staff's schedule permits, you may extend the appointment time with either no fee or by paying an additional fee, as agreed with the staff. Please communicate with our staff when booking if you have a tight schedule that requires you to leave the salon on time after the service is done. Upon Arrival: Please message 713.909.9803 to notify us of your arrival. We'll inform you when to proceed to the room and respect ongoing sessions and cleaning of the room. Ultimately, the ideal frequency of treatments depends on various factors such as your hair type, scalp condition, lifestyle, and budget. Does the head spa package include body massage?Unfortunately, body massage is not included in our head spa package. However, our head spa package offers comprehensive body healing work, including reflexology for the head and neck, shower services, hand and feet treatments, along with a hair wash using shampoo and conditioner, facial steamer, facial care mask, and Gua Sha. Please note that to perform a full-body massage in Texas, a massage therapy license is required. We do have a licensed massage therapist available by appointment. You can select the 1-hour Body Massage package on our website and then add the head spa package, or simply reach out to us via text for personalized package options tailored to your needs. However, for other packages, you have the flexibility to include or exclude light therapy and substitute it with another option based on your preferences. Our goal is to meet the unique needs and requests of our customers. While we may offer recommendations, the final decision always rests with you, and we fully respect that. Regarding our light therapy offerings, we primarily utilize Red light therapy, which stimulates skin cells and enhances collagen production, resulting in firmer and smoother skin texture. Additionally, Blue light therapy is ideal for sensitive skin and helps reduce acne. Does the head spa package include a back massage?Unfortunately, our head spa package does not include a back massage or any type of traditional massage. Instead, it focuses on a gentle and relaxing experience that includes neck, shoulder, arm, hand, and leg rubbing with lotions like aloe vera and collagen. We tailor the pressure to your preference to ensure maximum comfort. However, we do offer a side massage therapy service through a contractor who works by appointment only. If you wish to get a body massage, we can book an appointment for you. We recommend scheduling a 1-hour body massage before enjoying a 1-hour or 1.5-hour head spa session. This order is advisable to prevent your hair from getting wet and cold during the massage. Our online booking system is exclusively for head spa services. If you would like to add any other services, please reach out to us directly so we can ensure our staff and room availability for you.

I saw on your menu that you offer a back facial. What is it?A back facial is a spa treatment specifically designed for the back, similar to a regular facial. It involves deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if necessary), and moisturizing to address skin concerns like acne, dryness, and clogged pores on your back. The treatment typically includes a relaxing massage and the application of specialized masks and serums to leave your skin smooth, hydrated, and rejuvenated. We also use a facial steam to open the pores and refresh the back during the deep cleaning or mask application process. A back facial is an excellent way to care for the often-neglected skin on your back, improving its overall health and appearance. It's perfect for getting ready for pool time or wearing an open-back dress.

Are you open every day, and do you allow walk-in customers?We operate by appointment only from Monday to Sunday, typically from 10 am to 7 pm, with some flexibility for early or late appointments based on customer needs. Walk-ins are not accepted. For same-day availability, please text 713.909.9803 before coming. To avoid wait times, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, as our head spa services are very popular. When we are in session, we may not be able to answer calls immediately. Texting or leaving a message is preferred. Booking ahead guarantees your spot, and you can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance to ensure flexibility

I saw in your marketing video that a lady had water running over her neck during her head spa session. That scares me. I don't want water on my nose, neck, ears, or mouth. Can we avoid that?Yes, of course! The video is just an example of what we do here. We customize our head spa steps and services according to each customer's preferences. We always communicate with you to ensure you are comfortable, asking about your pressure preference, water temperature (hot, warm, or cold), and whether the steam is too close for your liking. Regarding water on your eyes, mouth, and ears, our staff are well-trained and understand how unpleasant it can be. When deep cleaning, exfoliating, and performing facials, we are gentle around these areas. When washing your hair on the sides, we cover your ears with one hand to prevent water from getting in. If you need extra caution, we can provide cotton balls for your ears. As for the video showing water running over the eyes and neck, we typically do not do this unless requested. While some customers find these areas refreshing, others find it annoying when water runs onto their clothes and blankets. Please feel free to communicate with us and provide feedback during your session. We want you to feel as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
